About the role:

We are looking to recruit a new customer service advisor to join our small team in Southwick. Not only do we sell our own brand of bikes but we are also an online distributor of motorcycle parts across the globe and are expanding year on year. We deal with both trade and retail customers so we would expect any employee to represent the company to the highest standard.

Duties:

  • Processing of daily orders across our online selling platforms
  • Taking telephone orders
  • Processing payments & refunds
  • Customer correspondence and liaison
  • Dealing with customer queries & complaints via telephone/email
  • Dealing with customer returns
  • Record keeping

 

Requirements:

  • Motorcycle knowledge, passion or interest is required
  • Good IT skills are required
  • Strong customer service skills in a similar role is beneficial
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Excellent written

PR & Copywriter

At Motorcycle Parts Warehouse (MPW) we do exactly what it says on the tin- we sell motorcycle parts from a beautiful warehouse in Southwick. You will also be involved with our other company, Sinnis International, who are juggernauts within the motorcycling industry- winning Motorcycle & Scooter Franchise of the Year for the last 3 years. We manufacture and distribute our own brand of motorbikes and have recently expanded into the electric scooter world with our Niu range. About the role

You will be an experienced copy writer with previous PR experience, and a proven track record of running successful campaigns for other companies. The most important thing for us is that whenever a customer sees our products on the website or social media that the description or tag lines pop out and bring the product to life.

This will be a varied role which will involve writing engaging content, implementing marketing strategies, communicating with event planners and representing both MPW and Sinnis in the best light possible. Whether it’s a tag line on Instagram or a full blown article- we need the content to have the right tone for the business and be truly effective.

Knowledge of Google analytics and how to reach the optimal ranking is a necessity, along with a strong work ethic and fantastic communication skills. You will be working alongside other members in the marketing and art department, and also forging relationships with people in and outside of the company. As a Sales & Admin Representative you will be responsible for bringing on new dealers and maintaining existing dealer relationships by optimising their product sales performance and consequently our own. You will Support and build relationships on a B2B basis, and monitor any competitors sales, tactics and market trends reporting to the Operations Manager with a view to increasing services and sales to trade customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • New dealer identification, acquisition and support via telephone and email. You will also update all in house systems with any relevant information.
  • Providing existing dealers with support and maximise sales potentials. This will sometimes include dealer visits across the UK to help promote and build relationships.
  • Accurately place orders on the in-house system and liaise with the Accounts department on any issues.
  • Work with dealers on an individual basis to provide a tailored service that is mutually beneficial.
  • Monitoring and up-selling to dealers, reporting B2B needs and requirements to Operations Manager in weekly and monthly meetings.
  • Taking payments for all dealers via an online portal
  • Informing dealers of any upcoming rebates, loyalty targets and promoting sales.
  • Dealing with customer complaints and escalating to Operations Manager when needed with a clear rationale based on the facts of the individual case.
  • Provide support to Marketing department where needed on video and Vlogging needs

 

You will have:

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong IT skills
  • Good mathematical skills
  • The ability to think quickly in a situation
  • Interest in motorcycles/scooters and electric transport
  • Full UK driving license is must and CBT preferably, or at least will be willing to do CBT or full bike test

About the role

.As the IT Support Technician you will be responsible for the smooth running of the company network and computer systems, and will provide direction for our small team. This will be a varied role where time will be split between providing desktop support and maintaining or developing our existing IT infrastructure.

Main Duties:

  • Provide direction for the small team, create action plans, identify training opportunities
  • Ensure IT policies are developed to safeguard company infrastructure and data
  • To monitor, maintain and improve our existing IT infrastructure
  • Review and improve systems and user documentation
  • Ensure backups maintained and up to date
  • Providing desktop support to end-users
  • Diagnosing and resolving software and hardware faults
  • Building and installing new systems/devices
  • Recording and monitoring support tickets

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative who will excel at picking, packing, restocking and handling the goods in/goods out process of the business (amongst other duties). Manual handling will be a large part of the job and so you will need to have a strong work ethic and be a good team player.
